Held on Thursday, July 13th, 2023, this was a spotlight on Michael Trugman. He shared with us how he has applied his experience with the AllKings organization to his work in accounting. AllKings is a not-for-profit organization that creates diverse and intergenerational communities of men to support and empower men impacted by the criminal justice system and young men at risk of being impacted.

Michael Trugman Coach, Mike Trugman Coaching, LLC
Mike is a seeker, thinker, and feeler who cares deeply about seeing and being seen. He wears many hats and identities, including leadership coach and host of the Mike’s Search For Meaning Podcast. Studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019, Mike has a holistic, whole-person approach to healing and well-being that is rooted in a fundamental understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. He is fascinated by human behavior, and has studied various inner work modalities that deepen an understanding of embodiment, our individual and collective multi-dimensionality, and an understanding of how we both influence and are influenced by systems. Mike lives in the greater New York City area with his wife. In his free time, he loves cooking, reading, walking in nature, watching and playing sports, and writing.
