Held on Thursday, December 14th, 2023 this was an all-network forum where our members could discuss and build skills around one of the most important topics facing our world today: Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). We recently wrapped up the pilot of our new JEDI Training program, where members of the AAN community had the opportunity to come together for powerful conversations around sensitive topics, including race, white fragility & privilege, and how we can normalize these important conversations in our society and industry to intentionally create more effective spaces of belonging for all.
You now have the opportunity to join the conversation, hearing the experiences of participants from the pilot group, and bringing your questions and ideas to the table. Due to the sensitive nature of these topics, it is very important to ensure we are taking care to adhere to our communications framework to create an effective container where each participant can be held in their personal learning and growth edge without judgement.
